There is nothing like reading your work out loud to a group of supportive fellow writers to give you insight into how it comes across, what works and what needs further work.

Reading and listening, and giving and receiving feedback are valuable skills which, when practised, help you to develop your ability to critique and edit your own work.

Please bring at least 5 copies of your work along to the class.  To benefit fully from this class, I encourage all participants to send up to 3 poems to me, at least a week beforehand. (Email: rcarr21@hotmail.com or send to me, c/o The Crescent Arts Centre.)
